Inspired by . . . the sea
"... and there was no more sea." Rev 21:1
This used to make me sad. I love the sea, and wondered, "Why would Jesus get rid of the sea when He returns?"
But further on Jesus tells us, "Behold, I make all things new." And so, perhaps, there is no more old sea, but a new one for us to explore and enjoy.

It's difficult to imagine a deeper beauty. . .
Or more imaginative creatures. . .
"For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as also I am known." 1 Co 13:12
"Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. " 1Co 2:9
All this He does, freely, out of the purest love, for our good pleasure. To reveal pieces of Himself.
In hopes that we might respond.
With adoration and praise.
Blessings,

Wow, June. Such incredibly colorful photos of underwater life.
ReplyDeleteThese photos are awesome Is it possible to save one of the pics (especially the purple scene) to use as a screen save. I am still somewhat of a computer novice. Thanks for the inspiration.

ReplyDeleteEnjoyed your poem too.

Wonderful photos. What a lot there is to see in the sea. And, I am sure there is a lot that we haven't seen yet. Beautiful.
